Mileage Cost Calculator

This is a simple calculator to help give you an estimate on what it might cost for us to drive to your venue. The result you get here may not be the final contracted price (in fact, your contracted price may be less) but it should be in the ballpark.

We calculate this cost based on the number of miles between us and your ceremony location (each way) but subtract the first 60 miles (each way). So, if the distance from our location to yours is 100 miles (each way), you'll only get charged for a total of 80 miles (round trip). The math: (100 x 2) - (60 x 2) = 80.

Our current mileage rate is $0.65/mile. Note: For couples who's receptions are further than 100 miles from our location and end late in the evening, we may require you to book us a hotel. This will be determined on a per-client basis, however.
